Leftover egg whites

I could have just cooked it as I love egg whites but decided instead to make meringue. I’m impartial to meringue. I think they look pretty when piped but I never ever crave meringue. I thought about making Pavlova but it doesn’t keep well and certainly won’t last till Tuesday - the day I bring my baked goods to be shared. I thought about making meringue shards, then changed my mind. So I baked a round sheet of meringue - crispy at the top and bottom, marshmallow-like in the middle, spread a layer of lemon curd over it, and topped it with berries.
