Most people ask what they can cook with leftovers. I ask what I can bake with leftovers. I had 45 grams of Gruyère sitting in the fridge, and Paul Hollywood had a recipe for Gruyère biscuits! His recipe also happened to be super simple and quick to bake. 75 grams each of flour, cold cubed butter, and Gruyère, so I scaled everything back to 45 grams and voila! It is so delicious even a friend that dislikes cheese wanted another biscuit after tasting one. Give this a try next time you have leftover Gruyère.
