I visited my neighbor, Barbara, the other day and she gave me a jar of mixed spiced nuts. They were so good, they were gone within two days. She sent me the recipe and I made some. I used pecans, walnuts, cashews, and peanuts. These make a great and somewhat healthy snack, as well as great gifts (for those without nut allergies)!
Update: I baked another batch of five cups of nuts on Christmas Eve as I had more people to gift. This time I included almonds so a cup each of almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews, and peanuts.
