My friend Nick B invited me to his Super Bowl get-together. While he’s allergic to beer, he can consume beer that’s cooked, or in this case, baked. If you follow my blog you know I‘ve used alcohol (wine, rum, whiskey, brandy, Triple Sec and more) in my baked goods quite a bit. Since it’s Super Bowl, a dessert that has both beer and whiskey sounded good. So I decided to bake a chocolate stout loaf with sweet whiskey glaze, as my contribution to the get-together.
