No baking involved, but it’s dessert

This time, the oven took a baking break and this was created: Dark chocolate mousse with Bailey’s Irish Cream topped with chocolate shavings and gray salt. This is one dessert that if I had known was so easy to make, I’d not have ordered it at restaurants...make the easy stuff yourself, and leave the more involved and challenging ones to the restaurant chefs.
