Thai food in a pie

This is one of the best savory pies I’ve had. The fresh herbs and spices make this dish fragrant, flavorful, and bold. I recommend this recipe over a traditional chicken pie. Enjoy!
Instead of green curry paste, I used a Thai basil curry paste.
Oh - in case you were wondering, each of the three hearts on top of the pie represent my cockatiels. As I was baking they were entertaining me with their singing, whistling, and other antics.
