What do you do while waiting?

On Jan 21, 2021, I experienced some SSO issues with my work laptop so I had to ensure the ‘clean up’ pack of files that IT sent me with credentials, CPU and RAM optimizers would fix the issue before the next work day so I don’t waste half my working hours. But of course the dreaded Windows update happened (I should say forced itself on me) and this update took hours to complete. I had to wait for the update to complete in order to restart my laptop to launch the ‘clean up’ pack. I got bored waiting so decided to bake a cake. This is French Earl Grey tea cake with chocolate, and orange zest.
