A classic staple

In my opinion, chicken pie is an old classic and savory staple. I gave this chicken pie a flavor update of Basil curry, and decided to have some fun with the design and decoration. The three hearts represent my birds - Birdie, Kiiro, and Chubbs.


Pie crust recipe: https://www.paulhollywood.com/post/whitby-fish-pie plus a teaspoon of vodka, whiskey, or tequila.


Filling recipe: 1lb of minced chicken seasoned with ground black pepper, onion powder, fresh turmeric, fresh ginger, cayenne pepper, cumin, rosemary, diced red onion, and Basil curry sauce.
