Be careful what you read

I made the mistake of reading ‘Poilâne: The Secrets of the World-Famous Bread Bakery’ cover to cover. I really enjoyed the book and the story-telling, but I walked away thinking I could never ever bake bread. Until I watched the Great British Baking Show. I also did not know you could plait bread. It is fun and challenging. Here I decided to try the 4-plait method, using fresh rosemary and thyme as flavorings.
