Healthy and delicious pasties

Filled with spinach, feta, and almond nuts, these pasties is based on a Lebanese recipe called Fatayer that uses soft bread dough. It’s good and definitely takes a lot less time to make compared to puff pastry, but I prefer puff pastry. A chef once told me butter makes everything taste good. Buttery flaky pastry is just special and can’t be beat.
