Beautiful arrangement

I got the inspiration for this baked potato and red onion arrangement from a random post I saw somewhere about a month ago. I saved it and decided to try it today.

Note: Instead of garlic butter, I went with olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs - rosemary, thyme, and parsley.
