Chocolate, coffee, and Baileys

Last week’s chocolate Grand Marnier roulade was a hit. Since the heavy whipping cream won’t last beyond Aug. 12, I figured I’d make another roulade, and use up the whipping cream this week. But I wanted to try different flavors - chocolate is a must, so I substituted the Grand Marnier with vanilla macadamia espresso, and Baileys Irish cream liqueur.


Modified recipe: https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/chocolate_roulade_79152 with 1 Tbsp of espresso in the batter, and 1/4 tsp of espresso in the whipped cream plus as much Baileys as you like.
