Gluten-free goodness

Although I’m clearly not gluten-intolerant, sometimes it helps to make delicious gluten-free desserts so others can enjoy them too.


It’s been more than six months since I last made a roulade. It’s simple to pull together and something I could make in time to catch the hockey game, and to celebrate Easter.


Modified recipe: https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/chocolate_roulade_79152 with 5oz of sugar instead of 6oz; 2 Tbsp of espresso and 2 Tbsp of Baileys in the whipped cream.
