Most times, throwing together a quick dinner means something unhealthy or not tasty. This however is different. The dough was quick to prepare, and while it was proofing, I prepared the filling.
I did not have mushrooms and the cheeses called for in the recipe so I used feta and a ton of herbs - fresh basil, paprika, cumin, rosemary, thyme, cayenne pepper, onion powder, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper.
