Savory for a change

Over the summer I made a lot of fruit galettes - blueberries, peaches, and apples. I wanted a change, so today I bought some prosciutto from Leschi Market and made a prosciutto, cherry tomato, walnut, goat cheese and basil galette. It was my dinner.


Recipe:

Follow any galette crust recipe

6 large slices of prosciutto or enough to cover the entire base of your galette

A box of cherry tomatoes sliced into halves

Enough goat cheese and basil leaves for sprinkling over the galette

Sufficient walnuts (chopped) for sprinkling over the galette
