Perfect peach tart

I call this the perfect peach tart because it was so delicious. The crunchy pecans made all the difference, and with very little effort. The lemon and ginger enhanced the peaches. I think this is how I’ll make my tarts and galettes from now on.


Note: Instead of hazelnuts which I don’t like, I used pecans. I also added the zest of one small lemon to the peaches.
